should ::yell be allowed?

I was just curious to see how many people would rather have ::yell ingame rather than not have it, so that way it is easier to get a hold of people seeing how the private messages sometimes dont work. just have it so you can only yell if your account has had more than 1-3 hours of active game-play. & i'm sure since the community is not so large at the minute people will not abuse it. & even if theres that one person that does it is still worth it, because it takes me ages to get a hold of somebody. thanks for taking the time out to read this, vote well.

problem with that would be flaming, people that get mad ingame will talk mad shit over the ::yell because they feel that the everyone in the game wants to hear it(even though u might as well just tell everyone that ur a douchebag ) [because nobody wants to read that stuff]
